 In partnership with Zion Institute, Elevate Education Coaching and Consulting, Inc., and Open Table, we offer training to empower social entrepreneurs to address our State's childcare crisis. Our program guides new owner teams through the planning and implementation of opening an early education center. We deliver robust training coupled with business coaching to increase centers’ capacity and education quality. Our model is structured around First Things First’s Quality First requirements 

 The Monetize Your Mission Program is a strategic framework, often utilized by non-profits and mission-driven organizations, designed to help clarify and strengthen their fundraising "ask" to potential givers and to incorporate sustainable, earned income streams.  Beyond traditional fundraising, the program guides organizations in developing fee-for-service business models, where they generate revenue by charging for a distinct service, product, or resource that is aligned with their mission.  

 This intensive capacity building workshop equips nonprofit leaders and staff with practical methods to discover and increase their organization's existing capacity. The primary methodologies, Asset Mapping and Social Capital Mapping, offer a powerful, strengths-based approach.  Participants will learn to systematically identify and inventory the internal resources within their organization and community. Simultaneously, they will utilize Social Capital Mapping to visualize and understand the network of external relationships that can be leveraged.

 Sustainability for any business can only be achieved when the actions of leadership can be a proactive response to what is forecasted, AND forethought has been taken to prepare for future growth and change. Our strategic planning support helps businesses avoid having to “react” to change.
