The Visionary
Mrs. Shawn Pearson is a highly decorated serial entrepreneur, organizational development expert, and community organizer who drives long-lasting, legacy-building community impact. As the owner of WISPHer Consulting and Unlimited Solutions Group, she focuses on minority entrepreneur development. Mrs. Pearson is the Co-Founder of Zion Institute, which established THE WELL @ Zion Institute in South Phoenix to provide transformational community resources and social enterprise training aimed at creating generational wealth.
Leveraging over three decades of expertise, she utilizes Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) strategies to build capacity. She has advised and trained government partners, businesses, and non-profits across the U.S. Mrs. Pearson has also influenced local policy, serving on key committees like the Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee. She was named the Minority Business Enterprise of the Year (2022) and a TITAN 100 CEO in Phoenix (2022, 2023), before being inducted into the TITAN 100 Hall of Fame in 2025. Mrs. Pearson was awarded an honorary Doctorate in Christian Leadership and Business for her commitment and service to Kingdom marketplace entrepreneurs.
Our history
Unlimited Solutions Group was established in 2024, after the owner, Shawn Marie Pearson, spent more than three decades building communities and the marketplace under the nonprofit, Zion Institute, that she co-founded in 2003. Inspired by God to "clear her calendar and prepare to travel", Mrs. Pearson is taking her consulting to international spaces to replicate a transformative business model for nonprofits and social enterprises.
