 Mrs. Shawn Pearson is a highly decorated serial entrepreneur, organizational development expert, and community organizer who drives long-lasting, legacy-building community impact. As the owner of WISPHer Consulting and Unlimited Solutions Group, she focuses on social impact entrepreneur development. Dr. Pearson is the Co-Founder of Zion Institute, which established THE WELL @ Zion Institute in South Phoenix to provide transformational community resources and social enterprise training aimed at creating generational wealth.
Leveraging over three decades of expertise, she utilizes Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) strategies to build capacity.  She has advised and trained government partners, businesses, and non-profits across the U.S. Dr. Pearson has also influenced local policy, serving on key committees like the Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee. She was named the Minority Business Enterprise of the Year (2022) and a TITAN 100 CEO in Phoenix (2022, 2023), before being inducted into the TITAN 100 Hall of Fame in 2025.  Dr. Pearson was awarded an honorary Doctorate in Christian Leadership and Business for her commitment and service to Kingdom marketplace entrepreneurs.

Unlimited Solutions Group was established in 2024, serving as the culmination of Dr. Shawn M. Pearson’s 30+ years as a community organizer, organizational development expert, and highly decorated CEO. For 22 years, Dr. Pearson led the Zion Institute—a nonprofit she co-founded in 2003. During her tenure as CEO, she transformed the landscape of South Phoenix by launching THE WELL @ Zion Institute, equipping communities with social enterprise training and generational wealth-building tools. She became a recognized authority in sustainable fee-for-service models, earning accolades such as the 2022 Minority Business Enterprise of the Year and eventual induction into the TITAN 100 Hall of Fame.

After decades of profound local impact, Dr. Pearson was inspired by God to "clear her calendar and prepare to travel." Now, through Unlimited Solutions Group, she and her team of experts are taking her transformative capacity-building models to national and international spaces, consulting and coaching a new generation of mission-driven entrepreneurs.

Currently, we are expanding our transformative efforts across Africa by partnering with Kingdom Life Nigeria to develop robust, sustainable businesses. Through these international initiatives, we are coaching a new generation of global leaders to build wealth, shift their economic trajectories, and establish sustainable enterprises.
